INTRODUCTION- Respected sir and dear friends today my seminar topic is quality control of concrete mix in plastic stage. Forever 150 years concrete has been widely used as a construction material and it is important for the civil engineering student to understand the over all concrete operation and the properties like the strength, durability, workability etc. and also ingredients like cement, sand, aggregates, water and admixtures if any. Having suitable knowledge of quality control mix of concrete and to apply it in construction work like road, bridge, building, dams, etc. The basic knowledge of concrete that is properties, its behavior, and various testing methods is an essential and important part of civil engineering student. DEFINATION- Quality control of concrete mix means to achieve the proper stability and durability of concrete mix. |
